Infants (6 Weeks-1 Year)

In addition to nurturing and basic care, our teachers stimulate infants' senses to encourage their mental and physical development. Our program provides an ideal environment in which your child will learn to grasp toys, vocalize sounds, recognize pictures of familiar objects and acquire a variety of other skills.

Teachers work with each child in a series of stimulating activities that incorporate the natural routines of feeding and play. The teacher reinforces the babies' development without disrupting their daily schedule.

But we never forget that you are your child's most important teacher, so we'll work with you, give you daily reports and offer tips on how to reinforce what your child learns in their time with us.

As well as helping with a series of stimulating activities and helping with reinforcing your babies' development our Infant program also includes The Baby Signs Program. The Baby Signs Program provides us as caregiver the ability to identify a child's needs, wants and feeling before the babies have developed their verbal skills. This program continues on throughout their time as infants into toddlers and into our beginner class. Please look in your child's classroom for the first 16 signs that we are working on them with.
